Vladimir is also pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD), expanding his professional experience through deeper study of leadership, organizational learning, communication, and systems thinking. His doctoral work reflects a broader curiosity about organizations themselves: how leadership decisions travel through an organization, how communication influences performance, and why some systems adapt while others struggle against change.

But technology and academia represent only part of Vladimir’s identity.

Creativity has always been central to the way he thinks. Vladimir gravitates toward unconventional ideas, distinctive visual design, storytelling, digital experimentation, and work that has personality rather than simply following established templates.
